Sealcoating
We use an asphalt emulsion sealer composed of natural fillers, fibers, and fortified with polymers to ensure the longest lasting pavement protection. Greatly improving the appearance of your asphalt. Giving it a deeper black color and doing away with the dull grayed appearance caused by oxidation, sunlight, water, and the damaging effects of gas and oil.
Crack filling
It is important to fill cracks to keep water out and prevent erosion of the base below.
Hot rubber crack filling is the best way to achieve this.
We clean the cracks using braided wire wheels. Any weeds left behind will be pulled and burned before filling. Very small cracks will be filled with a pourable grade crack filler.
Asphalt Patching
We offer small area patching and repairs.
We specialize in replacing the asphalt that meets the garage floor. After time the asphalt settles and leaves you with a step up into the garage. We fully cut out around three feet from the garage and remove the asphalt and repave back to a nice even transition.
Striping
After time the paint gets hard to see making it difficult to navigate in some cases.
We offer new layout and existing layout striping services. we have stencils including handicap, directional arrows, no parking, and more.
