Our Process

We have a two day process
Day one: clean and wash
Day two: fill cracks and seal

Day One

* Edging:

We fully edge the entire driveway for a nice straight appearance.

* Clean cracks:

Using a machine equipt with a braided wire wheel we clean the cracks of dirt, debris, and weeds

*Pre clean:
We use blowers and brooms to pre clean. We will pick up and remove excessive dirt and debris.

*Power wash:
Using our own water, we pressure wash the entire surface, all edges, and every crack. 

Day Two

*Prep Cracks:
We pull any leftover weeds and roots from cracks and then burn them out with a torch

*Fill Cracks:
We will fill the cracks with hot melted crack sealant. Some smaller cracks will be filled with a pourable grade filler.

*Hand work:
Any asphalt that meets concrete or structures the sealer will be carefully applied with brushes and then broomed out far enough to prevent overspray.

*Spray sealer:
We use the spray method on all driveways and parking lots.
The spray method can be two-three times the thickness compared to applying with a broom or squeegee. Thicker sealcoat equals more protection.

*Block the entrance:
We pound stakes on both sides of the driveway and connect them with twine with bright ribbon tied across.
